Our gorgeous Clubhouse
Homeowners may reserve the Clubhouse for special events.
If it is not reserved, drop by to watch television, shoot pool, or relax with friends.
How to reserve the Clubhouse:

Review the calendar in the top right drawer in the clubhouse. Make sure the date you want is available.

Complete the Clubhouse Reservation form above. Place it in the mail slot by the bulletin board in the Clubhouse. Enter your name on the calendar for the date you are requesting.

At least 30 days before your event, submit the two required checks ($50 rental fee and $175 cleaning deposit) in the HOA mailbox.

Approximately one week before your event, a Committee Member will contact you to schedule a time to meet at the Clubhouse on the day of your event.

Please take trash and recycling bags with you after your event and place in your own carts for pickup. We do not have trash service and the Clubhouse. Thanks!
Note: A reservation does not include access to the Fitness Room or Swimming Pool. Please DO NOT permit children to enter the Fitness Room or use the Swimming Pool.
The Clubhouse, Fitness Room, and Swimming Pool are available only to Owners.
