Gate or Handrail

A request to install a gate or handrail, must be submitted in writing, accompanied by a drawing of the design, to the Villas Executive Board for approval. The cost for this is the responsibility of the unit owner. A waiver signed by a previous owner applies to the current owner. Contact the Board for the contact information of the authorized provider.

Patio Awning

One outdoor, motorized patio awning equipped with an automatic wind sensor, is permitted. You must contract with Affordable Tents & Awnings. A completed Unit Owner waiver and Board approval is required BEFORE installation. A waiver signed by a previous owner applies to the current owner. Contact the Board for the contact information of the authorized provider.

Sun Tunnel (skylight)

Before scheduling the installation, the unit owner must sign a waiver to relieve the Association of any responsibility.

The newer sun tunnel model features a solar night light. For an additional cost, existing sun tunnels can be retrofitted with the solar night light. A waiver signed by a previous owner applies to the current owner. Contact the Board for the contact information of the authorized provider.
